This policy sets out your rights to cancel an order and our procedures for handling cancellation requests, in accordance with UK consumer protection law.
Cancelling Before Dispatch
You may cancel any order that has not yet been dispatched for a full refund, with no cancellation fee. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible at sales@bashfashion.co.uk with your order number, or manage your order through your account at account.bashfashion.co.uk. Cancellation requests are processed within 1 business day, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (London time).
Orders are processed within 1–3 calendar days of placement. Orders placed before 3:00 PM (London time) on any day are entered into processing the same day — cancellation requests submitted promptly after ordering have the best chance of being actioned before dispatch.
Cancelling After Dispatch
Once an order has left our logistics centre it cannot be cancelled. If you no longer want the item, please allow delivery to complete and then initiate a return under our Refund Policy. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Your Statutory Cancellation Rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. Once you have notified us of your wish to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the item. A full refund, including standard outbound shipping costs, will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy.
Items That Cannot Be Cancelled Once Dispatched
The following items cannot be cancelled after dispatch and must be returned in accordance with our Refund Policy if eligible:
- Personalised or custom-made items (unless faulty)
- Underwear or swimwear where hygiene seals have been broken
- Pierced jewellery where seals have been broken
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
Refunds for cancelled pre-dispatch orders are processed within 7 calendar days of cancellation confirmation, to your original payment method. For post-dispatch returns, refund timelines are set out in our Refund Policy.
